Our healthcare management provides leadership and direction to organizations that deliver health services by planning, directing, and coordinating clinical and non-clinical procedures and programs within hospitals, health care systems, academic institutions, health networks, homecare, and community health organizations.
We are redefining what a healthcare management organization can be—from large multi-hospital systems and academic institutions to smaller community hospitals and private physician practices— We passionately help transform organizations for the future by delivering innovative healthcare consulting, cost management planning, and sustainable quality improvement clinical strategies globally.

Dr. Liza Nicholson replied, “Witnessing insufficient resources and inadequate access to basic health care services while growing up in a rural area were key motivators behind the inception of Avail Management Services. Even years later after college, I continued to see communities faced with some of the same challenges of limited funding, a shortage of healthcare professionals, and limited access to health information technology among many other gaps in healthcare, so I was inspired to expand my individual consulting services into a brand that could make a global impact by supporting community and healthcare organizations improve service delivery and health outcomes.
Over the last several years, we have expanded as a company and our strategies have shifted based on demand, but we are proud that the dedication to the mission of enhancing accessible, equitable and efficient quality healthcare remains constant.”
