The Cause of the Submarine Sinking in Egypt is Still Unknown

The cause of Thursday’s submarine sinking, which killed at least six people in the Red Sea off the coast of Egypt, is yet unknown. The governor of the Red Sea area of Egypt paid a visit to a hospital on Friday to treat survivors of the tourist submarine accident. Russian vacationers seeing the coral reefs of the Red Sea made up the majority of the passengers.
In his remarks, Governor Amr Hanafy addressed the hospital’s injured patients and survivors. In Hurghada, the Russian consul reported that emergency personnel had successfully rescued at least 38 Russians.
The submarine can hold 50 passengers, although it is unclear how many crew members or other tourists were on board. After a tourist submarine sank in Egypt, survivors received medical attention at the Hurghada hospital, where a police car stands watch in front of the facility.
