While in Russia, a Senegalese FM Aims to Strengthen Ties Between the Two Countries
On Thursday in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a bilateral meeting with his Senegalese counterpart Yassine Fall.
Senegal’s Foreign Minister Yassine Fall stated at the joint news conference that the two nations intended to enhance their cooperation in the areas of fisheries, energy, agriculture, scientific research, mineral exploration, and the creation of hydrocarbon workers.
“I would like to invite leading entrepreneurs in Russia to cooperate with Senegalese entrepreneurs, to invest in Senegal” , Fall stated.
Fall added that Senegal supports peaceful resolutions to the Russia-Ukraine problem and conflicts in the Sahel region.
