The Last Trip Of Ismail Haniyeh Was From Tehran To Doha For His Funeral

According to Qatari media, the jet carrying the remains of the late Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh landed in the country’s capital of Doha on Thursday from Iran. He will be buried on Friday.

Media reports state that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian was among the many mourners and dignitaries present during an early-morning burial in Tehran, the country’s capital, on Thursday.

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, promised retaliation against Israel.

The Israeli military’s spokesperson, Daniel Hagari, emphasized that the IDF is prepared for any circumstance, whether it be offensive or defensive.

In response to a query concerning Israel’s purported role in Ismail Haniyeh’s demise, Hagari explained that Israeli planes didn’t carry out any more strikes around the Middle East after the event in Beirut, when Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran.

Families holding 115 hostages in Gaza marked 300 days after the hostages were taken, along with their sympathizers.

They gathered in front of the Defence Ministry, calling for an immediate cease-fire deal to ensure their family members’ return.

The protest happened a few hours after the Israeli military declared that Mohammed Deif, the military chief of Hamas, had been killed in an airstrike on Gaza in July of last year.
